
Pastor Johnnie served as a military officer in the United States Army and Army Reserves for over 12 years. She has worked in the chemical and manufacturing industry for nearly 25 years as an Environmental Health and Safety professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University. Pastor Johnnie currently works as an Environmental Health Safety and Security Specialist for a local chemical manufacturer in Savannah, GA.
Pastor Johnnie accepted her call into ministry in February 2016 and was licensed in August of 2016 at Restoration Worship Center under the leadership of Dr. Hubert Quiller. She was ordained Elder in 2019 and elevated to Executive Pastor in 2020. She holds a certificate in Lay Ministry from the Whitworth University, Graduate Certificate in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, and she is also a certified Life Coach. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University’s John W. Rawlings School of Divinity pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree.
Pastor Johnnie serves as the pastor for the 8 am “Hour of Power” morning worship service and she also leads the Women’s Ministry, serves as a part time bass player, and is the music ministry Worship Leader. She and her husband, Senior Pastor Hubert Quiller, are the co-founders for Restoration Worship Center and Quiller Ministries, Inc., a public charitable organization.
